You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. mantra88 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify us immediately.

Prohibited Account Activities

Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.

Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Policy (MYR)

All financial transactions on the mantra88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted payment methods include local bank transfers, approved e-wallets, and other online payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction.

Deposit

Transaction Issues

For any transaction-related issues, users must contact the mantra88 support team within 30 days of the transaction date. Claims submitted after this period may not be resolvable.

Account Suspension & Closure

Mantra88 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time and without prior notice if:

  • Users found to be in breach of any term outlined in this document.
  • There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
  • Account inactive for a specified period with no transaction activity.
  • Users registering multiple accounts or abusing the bonus or promotions system.

Upon account closure, any valid remaining balance — after applicable administrative charges have been deducted — will be returned to the user once the investigation is complete.

Intellectual Property
